Exciting drift dives with eagle rays, mantas, turtles, sharks and giant groupers are also on the itinerary. Lush soft corals with their brilliant displays colors will dazzle photographers at "E-6" and "Hi-8" dive sites. Weather permitting, guests will visit a Fijian village on Makogai Island to experience local culture for a “meke” or party. Fiji charters, which depart from Suva, are Saturday-to-Saturday with five and one-half days of diving. Dinner is served on board Saturday evening followed by the Captain's briefing. Diving begins Sunday morning. Friday afternoon, the Fiji Aggressor II returns to Suva. Everyone will dine at a local restaurant Friday night. This is the only meal not included in the charter. North Sulawesi, Indonesia
North Sulawesi diving showcases the greatest concentration of exotic marine animals yet to be discovered. It is a diver's paradise. Seasoned Aggressor Captain Niall Lawlor will guide guests to remote sites near Bunaken Island, Bangka Island, Talisei Island and the Lembeh Strait. The Lembeh Strait is the site of North Sulawesi's famous “muck dives” and reef diving. From prolific reef sites of Bangka Strait to the unusual and rare critters of the Lembeh Strait, the diving is sensational. The diversity of marine life can include findings such as frogfish, leaffish, and stargazers to hundreds of schooling fish, fans, sponges, pelagics, and whales. The North Sulawesi Aggressor offers seven-day, Saturday-to-Saturday charters departing Manado in Northern Sulawesi. North Sulawesi is a very quiet, remote portion of the large Sulawesi region. Direct flights into Manado from Singapore are available weekly on the Saturday afternoon Silk Air flight. For many years, this safe, predominately Christian region has treated divers to some of the most unique diving in the world.
